How to Write a Business Plan (Template)

One of the most challenging task entrepreneur startups face is coming up with a robust business plan. Most people try and give up because they couldn't just get it right while others don't even try at all due to the sheer thought of the enormity of the job. These are some of the reasons most Nigerian businesses starts without business plan of any kind.

For your business to be successful, you need a serious well thought out business plan that is backed with good market research. To assist you begin your business plan in the right footing, below is a sample business plan template. This template gives you the road map as to what is to be included in your plan.

  3. A good post. The most challenging part usually not in the writing of the plan but the market research that gives you the information to build up the plan and also in the execution of the plan always.
