People neglect this area of business due to its nature, because many do not want to start from the scratch. many nigerians enjoy eating fries like akara. This kind of business sells mostly in the morning hours and at night .

Instead of selling  akara in an open dirty enviroment without covering it, and flies from the gutter betches on it which will not attaract people to buy, get a show glass, put more spices on it , dont sell only akara get one or two bags of pure water for customers rather than going ealse were to buy sachet water.
